The SGS has, during the last twelve  years of its operation, accumulated a high volume of SPOT and Landsat data. Uptill now, SGS has acquired and archived approximately 25,000 SPOT Multispectral, 24,000 SPOT panchromatic and  66,441 Landsat TM. The various SRS data products generated at SGS are disseminated to the national and international user agencies upon their request for use in a wide range of research studies/projects of natural resource management and environmental planning.
